PRISON PALS LINEUP
Prison Pals Brewery & Co. is a relatively newer brewery on the scene. Naturally as the brewery grew, they required fresh handles to reflect their brands & stand out against other distributors. I had the privilege to be the lead designer for the following handles.
01 - ideation
The first of these handles is meant to be a universal handle to incorporate multiple flavors within the interchangeable area. Below you can see various methods as to how that could be possible, (stickers, magnets, insert cards, interchangeable toppers.)
The other two are dedicated handles towards their Nelson & Mango beers. These only need to display their dedicated flavors with no interchangeability. I took direct inspiration from their beer packaging & labels.
02 - final designs
All handles within this lineup were chosen out of the first round of designs that I proposed. The additional views only needed to be drawn up to send to the manufacturers.
The final 3D model for the Nelson handle was sculpted & rendered by Shane Hsuing, based on orthographics I drew up.
